Horse Stables and Boarding
Board rates:
- Full Board in Long or Short Barn: $675 monthly ($25 fan fee May to October)
- Full Board in Small Barn: $550 ($25 fan fee May to October)
- *Pasture Board: $450.00 (2 x feeding per day)
Boarding includes the following:
- Full Board includes two feedings per day
- Beautiful coastal hay
- Stalls cleaned daily
- Wash Stalls
- Daily turn out in grass paddocks
- P.M. turn out May through October
- Automatic waterers in all stalls and paddocks
- Fly spray system
- Winter blanketing
- Free trailer parking
- Tack room space
- Indoor restrooms
- Hundreds of acres of tailriding
- One covered and two uncovered lighted arenas
- Jump field
- 24 hour security – Cameras in barn and owner and employees live onsite
*Pasture Board provides your horse with a large grassy pasture with individual loafing sheds for feeding and shade in the summer and shelter in the winter. You also have use of the barn facilities.
Feeds included in board rate:
- Nutrena Triumph 12-8 Pellet
- Blue Star Senior
- Sweet Feed
If you would like to use a different feed, you must provide it at your cost.
